The National Electronic Conveyancing Offices website provides links to the external websites of key stakeholders, industry regulators, profession associations and service providers involved in or likely to be involved in the development and implementation of electronic conveyancing throughout Australia.

National Electronic Conveyancing Implementation
The proposed National Implementation Strategy for the National Electronic Conveyancing System (NECS) will be discussed by the National Consultation Forums along with the National Business Model, to ensure that NECS works for business and government stakeholders across Australia. The Strategy maps out a four year timeframe for setting up, building and rolling out NECS across Australia. It consists of four stages:
- set-up
- building
- readying
- converting

National Project Team
The National Project Team (NPT) was endorsed by the NSC at its meeting on 18 April 2008 as a working group of the NSC. Its members are drawn from industry and government stakeholders with its role being to make recommendations to the NSC on business requirements, supporting arrangements and implementation issues for NECS.

State Project Teams
The Australian States and Territories have confirmed their commitment to the national approach towards electronic conveyancing. In addition to being represented on the National Steering Committee and together establishing the National Electronic Conveyancing Office to progress the development of a National Electronic Conveyancing System, each State and Territory has a State project team which meets regularly to prepare for NECS and provide input on NECS jurisdiction-specific requirements.

Council of Australian Governments (COAG)
COAG has released the National Partnership Agreement to Deliver a Seamless National Economy and Implementation Plan, as at March 2009.
